Who we are

Stackworks is a marketing business serving local businesses in Holmes and Tuscarawas Counties, Ohio. Questions about this policy go to todd@teamstackworks.com or a text to 330-275-3722.

What we collect

When you request a free secret shopper report, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your business name, your town, your email or phone number, and anything you choose to tell us in the optional note.

Like most websites, our host may also automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and the pages you view.

How we use it

• To reply to your request.
• To run your secret shopper and send you the report.
• To follow up with you about what we found.

We don’t use your information for anything else, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services we use to run this site and reply to you: Webflow, which hosts the site and collects the form, and Google, for our email. They handle it under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your request as long as we need it to work with you. Ask us to delete it anytime, and we will.

Your choices

Email or text us to see, correct, or delete what you’ve sent us.

Children

This site is for business owners. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
